Legion Scotland are proud to support The Crieff Remembers Military Parade and Drumhead Service marking the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Passchendaele on 30th July 2017 in Crieff. Crieff Remembers is an ambitious programme of events in 2017 to mark 100 years since the 3rd Battle of Ypres: Passchendaele. 

A Parade will form up at 10am at the Leadenflower car park, Crieff. Standard Bearers and Tri-Service / Regimental Associations are requested to contact the planning team to advise on numbers. The parade will step off at 10.30am and march to Market Park where the Drumhead Service will take place. The Parade will be supported my Marching Contingents from 3 SCOTS, 7 SCOTS and local Pipe Bands. The salute will be taken by Major Gen Mike Riddell-Webster CBE DSO, Governor of Edinburgh Castle.

Limited free on street parking for those persons taking part or attending is available in the areas around the schools at Broich Road, Crieff. Parking cannot be reserved.

The Drumhead Service will be conducted by the National Padre of Legion Scotland who will be supported by the National President Lt Gen Sir Alistair Irwin KCB CBE and others. 

At the conclusion of the service, entertainment will be provided by military / pipe bands and the Legion Scotland Sweetheart Amy Hawthorn.
