Legion Scotland released its first ever virtual message on 23 September, with national president Sir Alistair Irwin, national chairman Martyn Hawthorn and CEO Dr Claire Armstrong sharing their reflections and hopes for the future of the organisation.

 Recorded at the Black Watch Museum at Balhousie Castle in Perth, the broadcast looks at achievements of the past year, and highlights of the virtual programme of Remembrance and commemorations held over the past 12 months.

 Sir Alistair Irwin, who stands down as president of Legion Scotland at the end of this year, reads a letter from Her Majesty The Queen.

 Martyn Hawthorn, national chairman, speaks about the “unsung heroes” doing great work in the community for Legion Scotland.

 CEO Dr Claire Armstrong shares her hopes that Legion Scotland can continue to “adapt and evolve”, emphasising the difference that we can all make to the lives of veterans.
