Lottery

Win up to £25,000 supporting Scotland's veterans and their families - play our lottery!

By playing Legion Scotland's lottery for as little as £1 per week you will be entered into a draw to win a massive £25,000!

At least 50p of every £1 you play is guaranteed to help us continue to provide assistance, support and comradeship to veterans and their families.
You will be allocated with a six digit Unity Lottery number, which will remain yours for as long as you wish to keep playing. You can purchase more than one number if you wish.

Every Friday, the lucky winners are selected at random and prize cheques issued and posted directly to you, so there is no need for you to claim. You must be 16 or over to enter. Winners have to match 3, 4 5 or all 6 digits of the winning number in the correct place in the sequence.

We have had over £300 handed out in prizes since June last year, why not join the lucky winners, you could be next!

What are my chances?

Unity offers the best odds of any platform of its kind. Because it’s a number match game, the odds are fixed. This means that no matter which cause you’re supporting, or how big the lottery is, every lottery number has an equal chance of winning a prize.

By playing our lottery you are directly supporting Legion Scotland.

Newly-reformed Helensburgh and District Branch holds standard dedication ceremony

The Helensburgh and District Branch has been reformed, four years after it was dissolved. Led by Chairman Geoff Coles, a group of devoted members have worked tirelessly since last autumn to ensure its return and attract new recruits. The full story of how the branch was reborn will be told in the autumn edition of Legion Scotland Today. Below, in a dispatch from Geoff Coles and Melanie Neil, they report how Armed Forces Day marked a major step forward for the branch.

How to nominate your peers for an Honour

Last month, we reported how three Legion Scotland stalwarts had been named on the Queen’s Jubilee Honours list. Now, we look at the nomination process itself, in case you believe someone from your branch – or anywhere across the organisation – deserves an award, too.
