You registration letter looks like this;

  • All members now have until the 18th of March 2022 to register
  • You can register by completing the form and sending it to address at the bottom of the form or you can go online and register for your vote (you can note either postal or email when you go online)
  • You MUST include your membership number when you return your form or complete the form online.  The membership number is the 6 digit number you have on your membership card, NOT any other number that you may receive from the branch or club. If the 6 digit membership number is not on your paper or on the online form the registration will be VOID
  • If you wish to vote via email next year your MUST provide a working email address on the paper or online form.
  • Forms sent to the Election Centre should NOT include any other paperwork or donations  

There may be times when the online portal is offline, if you visit the website from your browser and it is not active or the site is down you can close/refresh your browser and revisit at another time. If you find the site does not upload correctly please check you have typed the correct address which is (the page will not load if you get the web address wrong). 

The web address must be typed into the address bar at the top of your browser window, you will not be able to input it in the search box and the page is security locked and you will get an error message. This is the screen members should see in their browser if they have entered the details correctly.

The portal will be open until the 18th of March 2022 (12pm) for registrations, so there is plenty of time to do this.  If you have continued problems with the portal you can complete and send the paper form instead, directly to CIVICA and NOT Head Office.
